Safdar Nagori, the alleged face behind the Students Islamic Movement of India terror trail, was brought down to Bengaluru on Tuesday for a narco analysis test.

Nagori will undergo brain mapping, polygraph and a narco analysis test in Bangalore on April 8, 9 and 10.

Nagori, the Indian SIMI chief who according to the Madhya Pradesh police was a prize catch, was arrested in Madhya Pradesh on March 27, 2008.

Sources in the MP police department told rediff.com that they have a lot to extract out of Nagori.

They would want to find out from him the activities of the banned outfit SIMI.

They say that they had information that he had been conducting meetings across the country to rejuvenate the outfit, which had kind of disintergrated after the ban.

There was also talk that Nagori had actively taken part in training terrorists to conduct strikes across the country.

Nagori would be asked to provide information during the test regarding the training camps and also about the number of recruits into the terror outfits.

Police also have information that Nagori had planned several strikes across the country and through the tests they would seek more information on this aspect too.

He would also be asked to reveal more on the Karnataka terror plot, which was busted after the arrest of Riazuddin Nasir in Davangere, Karnataka recently.

Nagori will also have to provide information regarding his association with the Lashkar-e-Tayiba for which he is alleged to have worked since 2005.

Apart from this, the narco analysis test of Adnan and Sabhahuddin would also be conducted in Bengaluru.

During the interrogation conducted on Nasir, he had revealed that Adnan was the real mastermind who had planned attacks across Karnataka.

Sabhahuddin, the prize catch in the IISC attack case too would be subject to a narco analysis test.

Although he had confessed to carrying out the IISC attack at Bengaluru, he would have to provide more information regarding the plan, the outfit involved and also about the whereabouts of Abu Hamza, who according to the Bengaluru police is the prime accused in the IISC attack case.

All the three were taken to the Bowring hospital earlier during the day where they underwent a medical test.

The trio will first be subjected to a polygraph test, which will be followed by brain mapping and then the narco analysis test.
