Karthikeyan finishes a creditable fourthIndian racing ace Narain Karthikeyan maintained his good showing in the eighth race of the ongoing British F3 motor race championship, finishing a creditable fourth, and earned ten valuable championship points to consolidate his overall third position in the Formula Three races. ] The Indian chased Frenchman Antonio Pizzonia till the eleventh lap in the 4km-long Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit, a statement from the organisers said. However, while negotiating the esses and Melbourne corners, Karthikeyan lost two places to Italian Gianmaria Bruni and Japanese Takuma Sato. And though he fought hard to regain position, the effort was in vain. He settled for fourth place behind Pizzonia, Bruni and Sato in that order.
