Chang, Martin for Wimbledon warm-upFormer French Open champion Michael Chang and twice Wimbledon semifinalist Todd Martin head a list of early entries for the Roehampton Club's pre-Wimbledon warm-up tournament, the organisers announced on Wednesday. The three-day tournament, from June 21-23 and now in its 11th year, has become a popular tune-up event. Current world numbers one and number two, Gustavo Kuerten and Marat Safin, both honed their grass court skills there last year. Martin, Wimbledon semifinalist in 1994 and 1996, remains a dangerous outsider to win the grass court Grand Slam tournament and said: "(Roehampton) is a great event to get a match or two in preparation for Wimbledon against some of the top grass court players." The London club is celebrating its centenary this year.
