Indian juniors to take on AustraliaIndian juniors will take on Australia in their opening match on Sunday in the five-nation under-21 hockey tournament in Malyasia.Australia, England, Korea and Malaysia are the other teams participating in the tournament, which will be held from August 26 to September 2. The tournament will be the last major competition before the Junior World Cup in Hobart in October later this year. Indian juniors had finished second behind Germany at last week's six-nation tournament in Poznan, Poland. Midfielders Jugraj Singh, Prabhdeep Singh and forward Lakhwinder Singh will join the Indian team which played in Poland. Jugraj's return will strengthen the team's penalty-corner strike rate. Coach Rajinder Singh has expressed the need for improvement in this department after returning from Poznan. Australia will be led by Olympian, Craig Victory, while Jon Peckett will lead the English side. England finished third at the Poznan. Hosts Malaysia will be the third team, which also played in Poznan tournament.
