Deschamps hopes to play last big final of his careerValencia's French midfielder Didier Deschamps is eager to play in next week's Champions League final against Bayern Munich, in which he could become the first man to win the trophy three times with three different teams. "It might be the last big final in my career, it's obviously an event I don't want to miss," he said on his website. "What's more, it takes place in San Siro, which is for me the best football stadium there is. I played there with Juventus many times and it's like a cathedral," he added. Valencia take on the Germans in the Champions League final at Milan's San Siro on May 23. Deschamps, who retired from international football after leading France to the European title last year, has spent more time on the bench than on the pitch this season at Valencia. "I don't know if the coach wants to field me, it will depend on his game plan. But I don't want to get excited about that. He knows what I can bring to the team and he can make his choice," he said. "Here in Valencia, they keep telling me about the record I could beat by becoming the first player to win three Champions Leagues with three different teams. "I always answer the same thing: it won't mean a thing before we win this match and I play in it." Deschamps, 33, won the Champions League with Olympique Marseille in 1993 and with Juventus in 1996.
