Helen Cohen Alon, a 45-year-old divorcee and mother of three from South Africa, claimed that Warne had called her up '40 times' saying he 'wanted me' and even sent text messages.

Alon said she kept the text messages from Warne, including one which read, "Where are you now... waiting for you, should I get dressed or stay naked, room 2011... Shane."

This time the leg-spinner has refused to respond to the charges made by Alon.

"It's rare for Shane not to speak. I concede that point," Victoria state coach and former Test batsman David Hookes said.
