Sehwag doubtful for Lahore ODI

India received a double blow ahead of the third one-day international against Pakistan after Virender Sehwag's [Images] participation was in doubt owing to a shoulder spasm.
The decision on Sehwag as well as Harbhajan Singh's [Images] participation in the match would be taken on Monday, according to team sources.
Sehwag had a scheduled meeting with team physiotherapist John Gloster this evening and the outcome did not seem to be encouraging.
However, assistant team manager Wg. Cdr. K Baladitya said if Sehwag's injury were serious, he would have been ruled out today.
He also added that it would be the player's decision to make and did not depend on Gloster's observation.
"It all depends on how he (Sehwag) feels," Baladitya told PTI.
He said if Sehwag is ruled out for the match tomorrow, then Delhi opener Gautam Gambhir [Images] would replace him.

Sehwag developed the problem in his left shoulder during his half century in the second ODI at Rawalpindi on Saturday.Sehwag smashed 22 runs in an over off Rana Naved-ul-Hasan but clutched his left shoulder after hitting a patented slash over point.
The batsman needed medical attention and was seen rubbing the injured area throughout his innings of 67.
There was also speculation that Sehwag might return home but it could not be confirmed.
