Bindra said BCCI president Sharad Pawar [Images] will inaugurate an indoor cricket net facility on March 8 at a function, which will also be attended by Punjab Governor S F Rodrigues.
The PCA would give honorary membership to Rodrigues and Pawar.
Bindra also said the BCCI had selected Mohali has as one of the venues for the Champions Trophy matches, slated to be held in October this year.
"We have received a letter from the BCCI in this regard. However, since it is an ICC [Images] event, the final decision will be taken by them," he added.
