What: SITEL India Ltd is recruiting Customer Service Professionals for its office in Mumbai.

As a Customer Service Professional

SITEL India says:

~ You will be part of a joint venture between TATA Infotech and SITEL Corporation Global careers and assignments.

~ You can complete your post-graduate programme from Welingkar Institute.

~ The profile is for a voice-based process which includes Customer Care and ISP processes.

Are you qualified?

~ You must be over 18 years of age.

~ You must be a graduate, and must have completed your Class XII under the 10+2 system.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ Prior work experience will be an advantage.

~ You must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
