What: Mind Space Human Capital Services is looking for Technical Helpdesk Support Executives and Customer Service Executives for the UK, US and for domestic processes.
For Technical Helpdesk Support Executives
Mind Space says:
~ You will provide technical helpdesk services for hardware, software and networks.
~ You could be a fresh graduate
~ You could be an undergraduate.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
~ You should preferably have work experience.
~ You will work from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
For Customer Service Executives: UK/ US process
Mind Space says:
~ You will provide customer service for banking, financial, telecom and airlines processes.
~ You could be a fresh graduate.
~ You could be a final year student awaiting your results.
~ You could be an undergraduate with prior work experience.
~ You must have good communication skills.
~ You must have basic computer knowledge.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
~ You will have a five-day week.
~ You must be between 20 and 30 years of age.
For Customer Service Executives: domestic process
Mind Space says:
~ The recruiter is based in Vashi.
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could also have one of the following qualifications.
~ You will be working in day shifts.
~ You must be well-versed with English and Hindi.
