India will sign CTBT if its security concerns are addressed: US teamAfter meeting several Indian leaders, a US congressional delegation has gathered the impression that New Delhi is prepared to sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty provided its security concerns are addressed to its satisfaction.
