"We will talk and discuss everything, including Kashmir. But Pakistan will have to meet five of our demands, which also include stopping training of terrorists and providing them with arms and ammunition," Advani said while kick-starting the campaign for municipal elections in Delhi.
The other demands include stopping all kinds of financial assistance to militant groups and infiltration from across the border.
Referring to the invitation extended to him by Pakistan's interior Minister Moin-ud-din Haider for a visit, the home minister said, "Haider says that the visit will also provide an opportunity to hold talks on the list sent by New Delhi. But I want to clarify that there will be no talks, at least on this issue, and Islamabad will have to handover the wanted people immediately."
He said such an exercise was important as time and again Pakistan was found lacking in sincerity and handing over the terrorists would be an important 'milestone' in the relations between the two countries.
