Delhi Police Commissioner K K Paul on Monday cancelled the Diwali get-together in the wake of the serial blasts tragedy and exhorted the police force to help in nabbing the perpetrators of the crime.

"Each and every element of terror needed to be identified and their attempts at disturbing communal harmony thwarted," Dr Paul said in a Diwali message to the police force.
